Our compliant-ADA resort in Palm Beach is committed to making our facilities, amenities, and services accessible to guests with disabilities. Below is a description of many of the accessible features of the hotel in its public and guest room spaces.

Guestrooms & Suites
All of our accessible guestrooms and suites are equipped with an emergency visual fire/smoke alarm, along with standard accessible communication functions and features.
Every ADA-Accessible Guestroom and Suite includes:
• Accessible guest rooms with mobility features have doorways that provide 32” of clear width
• Accessible toilet with grab bars
• Grab bars in stand-up shower or bathtub
• Roll-in shower
• Accessible closet
• Accessible sink that is wheelchair accessible
• Wider bathroom door
• Accessible thermostat control panel
• Televisions with closed captioning or closed-captioning decoders provided
• Visual alarms
• Visual doorbell or door knock indicator
• Phone with flashing light when ringing
• Outlets within 4 feet of phone
Other Guestroom and Suite features:
• Simmons Beautyrest® Black NAPA Recharge mattresses, complete with a luxury bedding package
• Separate workspace/desk
• All guestrooms and suites are smoke-free
• All guestrooms and suites have a balcony or terrace
• The resort is pet friendly and also recognizes service dogs; non-service dog rooms require an applicable pet cleaning fee and do need to meet size restrictions

• Indicator light, lamp flash and/or bed shaker for the door, phone and/or alarm clock
