Relax with some savory snacks delivered in-suite while getting ready for the main event. Start with yogurt parfait and slices of fresh Florida fruit, a selection of chips and dips, and imported and domestic cheeses. Save room for a New York-style hoagie, smoked Atlantic salmon or Black Forest ham pinwheels, yellowfin tuna, Black Angus beef or Buffalo chicken sliders. This is not your ordinary finger food!

Surf & Turf

Whether you choose a plated dinner or a buffet-style reception, expect fine-aged beef and fresh-from-the-ocean seafood. (Our chicken entrees are equally spectacular). Choose from three- or four-course menus, all customizable. Here’s one of our most popular plated menus:

Besides building beautiful weddings cakes, as hosts of the heralded Ice Cream Festival Weekend, our culinary team knows a thing or two about creating memorable desserts. Here are just a few of our favorites: an Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Shortcake Station, a Viennese table blanketed in specialty pastries, and a festive Sundae Station featuring creamy hand-churned ice cream and an array of flavorful toppings.
