Sips & Bites

Relax with some savory snacks delivered in-suite while getting ready for the main event. Start with yogurt parfait and slices of fresh Florida fruit, a selection of chips and dips, imported and domestic cheeses. Save room for a New York Style hoagie, smoked Atlantic salmon or Black Forest ham pinwheels, yellow fin tuna, Black Angus beef or buffalo chicken sliders. This is not your ordinary finger food!

Surf & Turf

Whether you choose a plated dinner or a buffet-style reception, expect fine aged beef and fresh-from-the-ocean seafood. (Our chicken entrees are equally spectacular.) Choose from three- or four-course menus, all customizable. Here’s one of our most popular plated menus:

Besides building beautiful weddings cakes, as hosts of the heralded Ice Cream Festival Weekend, our culinary team knows a thing or two about creating memorable desserts… with an Old Fashioned Butter Milk Shortcake Station, selections from the Candy Shoppe, Viennese Table blanketed in specialty pastries, Old Fashioned Coke Float, and, of course, a festive Sundae Station featuring creamy hand-churned ice cream and an array flavorful toppings.

Farewell Brunch

Bloody Mary’s and Bloody Caesar’s make great accompaniments to thick cut cinnamon French toast, apple wood bacon, eggs, bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt and even cereal. Send off your guests in style.
